The V333 Black Edition is the entry level machine for the industrial range and an efficient machine that is ideal for the small delicatessen or restaurant. It has an easy to high resin body, vacuum pressure gauge and a variable pressure control valve. Lava machines are made in Germany and carry a 2-year warranty
The V333 Black Edition works with both vacuum bags and continuous rolls. Just like any out-of-chamber machine, the LAVA Range of vacuum machines work with specific ribbed bags. It can take sizes up to 30cm wide and will remove the air from a medium sized bag (20cm x 30cm) in about 10 seconds. The V333 has a pressure gauge which will show accurate vacuum pressure and is also supplied with a variable pressure valve which makes it possible to lower the pressure to vacuum softer food items. The V333 Black Edition has a fully automatic mode as well as a manual mode, making it a versatile and easy to use machine.
TheV333 Black Edition can also be used to vacuum acrylic containers, using the vacuum pump attachment that is supplied with the machine. The containers are perfect for keeping salads, fruit and vegetables in top condition for up to five times longer than they would normally keep. The acrylic containers are also from Germany and are safe for use in the fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
